Dr. Altmeyer’s work focuses on commercial law and corporate law.

Through her many years of consulting work for companies in the automotive supply industry, the steel processing industry as well as for engineering companies, architects and construction companies, she has extensive experience in contract drafting, both on a national and international level. She is also a lecturer in these areas and regularly provides in-house training for her clients’ staff. She accompanies and advises both domestic companies in their foreign activities and foreign companies doing business in Germany.

Dr. Altmeyer also has in-depth knowledge on European law issues; she regularly advises companies on issues of state aid law, public procurement law and European company law, as well as private individuals on issues of EU inheritance law.
